Exchange/Return Policy

Return Guidelines:

    • Please refer to our return policy before sending items back as we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping of ineligible items.

    • Our exchange policy is limited to 7 days from date the product/s are received. If 7 days have passed since the date of your receipt, the return/exchange will not be honored.

    • To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags

    • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

    • No returns on wholesale orders. 
Sale items
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Please refer to our sizing chart prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once order has been processed.

Submitting a Return/Exchange: 

  • Email hello@sunshineluckies.com to initiate a return/exchange. 
  • Shipping the item back for a return will be the buyer’s financial responsibility. 
Defective Items
    • For a defective product, please email hello@sunshineluckies.com within 7 days of the delivered date.
