Lost mail/damaged by USPS

We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

Wrong address

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Exchanges

Buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee and mailing the exchanged product back.
